Yoga for Kids - Yobee Verse Cards

Yobee Verse Cards supports the learning of the exercises and promotes the combination of language and movement.

On the front of the card you can see the Yoga exercise. On the back is the verse to the exercise in rhyme form.

In addition to improving  children's motor skills, especially the concentration, Yobee Verse Cards help the children's working memory and the action planning through individual movement sequences.

All verse cards are in XXL-size which is especially suitable for using in group play.

There are many ways to play the game. 

1. Teachers read the verse on the verse card and ask the students to do the exercises
2.  one person shows the Yoga exercise and the others imitate it.

More instructions on how to use the exercises of the verse cards and further 50 exercises, as well as  their effect on the body are described in the Asanas-booklet (in German and English). It also includes moving stories.

The Booklet and the verse cards are printed on XXL-size cards and are perfect for group play.
